Additional information can now be stored in the metadata of result videos.
The traceability of data and information is particularly important for test data. When results are presented, the data source must be clearly identifiable.
Previously, such information could only be embedded directly in the video – for example, as a URL to the data source of a measurement. The disadvantage: users had to manually type this address to open it in a browser.
From now on, this information can also be stored in the metadata of the video. It is saved under the entry “Description” and can be copied and pasted directly with a suitable video player (e.g., VLC) for immediate use.
This significantly simplifies access to data sources and also enables the storage of additional relevant information.
